I’ve been away from here…
…and tumblr has changed. I like it. It looks nice.
Anyway, I did C25K W2D3 about 2 weeks ago and it was a bit rough. I think I’m going to redo week 2 when I have more time.
Other updates: I’ve been doing a one minute plank every night, and eventually plan to do longer time intervals or reps or something. Starting out small, because I know for sure I’ll actually do it every day.

I just did W2D2! I have a really busy week coming up, so I’m guessing the earliest I’ll be able to do D3 is Friday…. :/
Oh well.
It was sort of tough today, but I powered through it. Tried doing the Infamous thing again, but I was rather tired, so I couldn’t. Probably for the best, though, hahahaa.
Working on it
I’ve been so busy lately. However, I think if I stop going on Reddit so much, I should be able to work in C25K… I’m doing W2D2 tomorrow, by the way.
In other news, I started using LoseIt yesterday. That site is awesome. Guaranteed to help me stop overeating, I think, which is probably my biggest issue.
I sort of lost motivation earlier this week, but I think I’m getting it back. I’ve been super stressed lately. I’m hoping to change that soon.
So the run was cold and rainy and just not-so-fun.
So I was recouping in the bath tub kinda feeling sorry for myself.
But then I got out and Brooke had sneaked to the nearby grocery store and come home bearing goods for the fajita fiesta we’re about to throw down in the apartment.
And then I was all like
FAJITAAAAAS.

Bored at the library? Quite absurd! Also planning.
But no, really. I was at the library yesterday working on a group project. I was quite bored, so I looked outside and thought, “It’s nice out. I want to go for a run.”
That’s never happened to me before. I used to hate running with a passion. Now I think it’s cool. No idea why. It’s not really that interesting of a story, but whatever.
I’m debating whether or not to get the /r/bicycling Tech shirt… It’s pretty cool, but also pretty expensive. I might just wait until /r/running makes their own…
Plan for this week:
OVERALL: Finish homework at a reasonable time (no more, “meh it’s only midnight. I still have six hours.” That’s bad. Stop it.)
Notes: Instead of writing 100 push ups, 200 sit ups, 200 squats, I’m abbreviating them to SUPUS. It’s close enough to Lupus for me to make bad House M.D. jokes. (disclaimer: lupus is serious. I won’t be making fun of the disease, just the overuse of it in House’s earlier years)

Tuesday: SUPUS Initial Test
Wednesday: C25K W2D3
Thursday: SUPUS W1D1
Friday: C25K W3D1 (assuming W2 goes well, which I suspect it will)

Since I screwed up last week, I’m not getting a legitimate rest day. I figure Tuesday sort of counts,though.
Hopefully I’ll do have time to do it all!
EDIT: Yeah so I ended up not having time to do anything today. I still have makeup homework and studying from missing class three days last week (sick). Probably postponed until… later this week. Potentially the weekend. :/ Oh well.
C25K W2D1
So I didn’t end up having time to do W1D3 last week, because I was sick. I was going to do this yesterday, but I ended up pushing around tables and carrying recycling bins at campus cleanup yesterday, so I didn’t do it. Bad excuse, I know.
Anywho, W2D1 went pretty well actually. I started counting my steps a bit (just to 4 then repeat, I actually used to do this at swim team with strokes for breathing) and that helped me get through the running portions easily. I thought that was pretty cool. Also, I played Infamous during the warm up, cool down, and part of the main walking parts of the work out. When it started to take longer for me to recover after a running section, I stopped. It was super fun though. I ended up doing a side mission during the cool down, though, and found myself getting a little bit distracted…
I might end up doing day two tomorrow because I don’t know what time I’ll have later next week. I intend to do the initial test for the push up/sit up/squat thing on Monday.
Busy
No time for C25K today. Postponing until tomorrow. Really should have waited until this Friday to start, I guess. Oh well.
